At the final stage of the tea processing, after roasting and cooling, the tea leaves sorting by the sizes is taking place, and then the packings of loose tea are being formed. The form of whole leaf is retained by only five percent of processed tea. Provided that just the upper leaves and buds were harvested, this is considered to be the most expensive and qualitative, and exactly this tea is the most commonly used by “Ahmad Tea” for creation of its aromatic and delicious teas.
